Membership is open to Kamma families in and around Nellore district. Members can take part in General Body meetings, vote on Sangham decisions, and access welfare and education support.
This form doesn't send anywhere yet — it's a placeholder for Phase 1. Wire it to an email service or, once the ASP.NET Core project has a database (Phase 2), save it straight to a Members table with a "pending approval" status the Secretary can review.
