Held at the Regd. Office under the leadership of Sri Ch. Venkata Narasaiah Naidu, President, at 5:00 PM. Agenda: confirmation of previous minutes, audit reports for 2025–26, annual report for 2025–26, the 2026–27 budget, and an amendment to Clause 4 of the Rules & Regulations. All resolutions passed unanimously.
The General Body passed a restructuring of the Executive Committee under Clause 4: two Honorary Presidents, two Honorary Advisors, one President, four Vice Presidents, a General Secretary, an Organising Secretary, a Publicity Secretary, four Secretaries and one Treasurer.
